| Life With Bass by Donovan Kelley Published in 1998 with card covers.  118 pages with colour and black & white photos.  Reminiscences by the author of his life and times as a bass angler and leading researcher into the life of the bass.  The book is a nice blend of stories and thoughts of his angling techniques, and his career as the ‘champion’ of bass research as we know it.   The author also gives a captivating account of the history of sea angling, the development of the leading sea angling organisations, and the books that have influenced him the most.   With regard to bass research, there is an interesting blend of reminiscences and scientific data, which is summarised into easy-to-read tables and graphs showing captures, weights, regions etc.  When I first held this book I immediately felt that it is worthy of being a hardback.   Out of print and exceedingly rare, due to a very short print run. Thanks Geoff, keep them coming! Aitch
